We accept cash, check, or credit card (Visa, MC, Discover). Payment is due at the time of service, unless prior arrangements have been made.
We do offer package deals, with a variety of package options available. Call or email us to inquire about these special discounted rates.
We no longer accept insurance, but will gladly prepare a claim form for you to submit for out-of-network reimbursement.
We recommend calling your insurance provider to see if acupuncture is covered under your out-of-network plan. If so, you will be responsible for payment at the time of service, and we will provide with you a completed claim. If you are due reimbursement from your insurance provider, they will then send it directly to you once your claim is processed.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, 24-hour notice is required. Missed or cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee of 100% of the charge for the scheduled appointment.
