We Know The Journey Through Womanhood Can Be Hard.

We are women, too. In one way or another, we’ve been in your same shoes. Whether dealing with our own menstrual difficulties, fertility struggles, pregnancy complications and even menopausal complaints, we understand. We’ve experienced for ourselves how acupuncture helps you feel at home in your body again… and we’re here to help you.

As Women:
we understand how hopeless you can feel when your hormones get out of whack, when difficult periods rule your life, or when infertility destroys your dreams of growing your family. It can seem like your body has betrayed you, and you don’t know where to turn.
As women’s health Acupuncturists

we believe that your body has the wisdom to heal from within and that you can have a healthy relationship with your hormones. We can help by tapping into your body’s innate healing and guiding you towards life choices that support optimum hormonal balance.

How We Can Help
  • Identify your own blocks to balanced hormones
  • Understand what tools are available to help you become re-aligned with your body.
  • Implement lifestyle changes, acupuncture & herbal medicine to create lasting change.
  • Eliminate despair and frustration with the help of a supportive team.
Why Choose Us?

We’ve been at this awhile. Since opening our doors in 2006, we’ve welcomed thousands of women just like you who struggle with issues ranging from hormonal & menstrual problems, infertility, pregnancy, menopause and beyond. With over 30 years of combined experience and the highest levels of advanced training and certification in our field, we offer uncompromised expertise in women’s health and infertility.

But underneath the know-how is genuine care, compassion, and integrity. We’re committed to giving you the nurturing you deserve. We know what it’s like to feel disillusioned with modern healthcare: the lack of connection with an overstretched office staff, feeling unheard as you’re rushed through appointments, treatments that serve as band-aids to symptoms while your underlying issue is ignored. It’s frustrating and can lead to an even bigger sense of hopelessness.

At Well Woman, we do things differently. Our care is thorough, our setting is calm, and our approach is gentle. We take time to listen, slowly, so that we get to the root of your problem and address it from within. We’ll work with you to identify what is keeping you stuck and create strategies that support hormonal health. And we do this with compassion and attentive care. Because on your path to wholeness, you deserve to be wholly cared for.

Excellent
Kandace is a very gifted acupuncturist. I went to her initially after reading her bio on her website and discovering that she specializes in treating PCOS which I have. Her education background is extensive and speaks to her incredible knowledge of women’s health and well-being. I started seeing her at 6 weeks pregnant knowing I needed all the support I could get to have a healthy full-term pregnancy. I saw her every week to ten days throughout my pregnancy. Every visit Kandace took time to talk to me and check-in with my body. Never once did I feel rushed like so many care providers make you feel these days. I could tell she was truly invested in making sure that my baby and I were healthy. She helped with all the pregnancy related symptoms like nausea, nose-bleeds, heartburn and body aches. Each time I would leave there feeling better and more supported than when I arrived. Any time I felt like I may be coming down with something she was there to give my body an extra boost. As the pregnancy was coming to an end, I knew that I had a big baby on board and that I did not want to be induced by my OB. At my request she helped me move things along naturally. I am happy to say that I went into labor naturally and had a successful VBAC. Kandace was there to provide support post-birth as well. Kandace is a truly compassionate practitioner and I highly recommend her!
I have seen Rachel and Alicia and they are both wonderful! Being able to talk about life’s health goals in a supportive, relaxing and hopeful environment with such deeply caring professionals is such a gift!
Response from the owner:Thank you so much for your kind feedback, Emily! We are honored to work with you and so glad that you find our care and environment to be a helpful part of your healing journey. It’s an honor to work with such lovely patients like you.
I have been seeing Julie since July and cannot express how happy I am working with her! She has helped immensely with menopause symptoms. She always asks lots of questions about how I am feeling and adjusts my treatments & herbs accordingly. She has brought me great relief! I highly recommend!
